Gave one away also as a gift. My sister loves hers and says her hummers love it too, over her other hummingbird feeders.

It is much heavier and stronger than I expected. The glass is much thicker.

Within minutes of temporarily hanging it on the fence hummingbirds came to check it out in a yard that never had a hummingbird feeder before.

I got this as a gift for a friend and the hummingbirds love the feeder, she can see them out her window and the cool thing is when the light hits the feeder, it casts these colors on the ground. It is functional and wonderful to look at.
